Are the porches included in the price?
The porches are included in our “as shown” price. However, we do have a base price of each and every model home on display that does not include the upgrades and paid options we show in our display models.
Do I have to walk into the kitchen from the front door?
No! We can customize the Pine Creek, as well as every other model on display, to suit your exact layout needs.
There isn’t a basement stairwell on this model. What if I want a basement?
We can easily add a basement stairwell in the hall without much modification to the plan. In addition, on our models that do have basement stairwell access, we can modify the plan if the stairwell is not necessary.
