This is the perfect home, we just wish the plan was reversed so all the bedrooms are on the right side. How much does it cost to reverse the plan?
Free! We reverse plans all the time to account for the slope of the property, walkout basement doors and garages. Any plan reversed does not affect the price at all.
I notice in this model’s pictures the ceiling heights are 9’ instead of the standard 8’. Are we able to increase the ceiling height on all plans?
Yes! Our standard height is 8’, but have 8’6” and 9’ options as well. We can also do tray ceilings, cathedral ceilings and vaulted ceilings. When increasing the ceiling height, we also have custom sized doors and windows to match.
We would much rather having an extra closet in place of the utility room. Where would we put our washer and dryer though?
We can certainly get creative and figure out where to put a washer and dryer on the main living floor, but it is also quite common for us to move the washer and dryer location to the basement.
