A dining room isn’t important to us, and would much rather have a big kitchen island with a range cooktop incorporated. Can we do that?

Yes! Range cooktops in the islands are quite popular and really make the kitchen stand out.

Is it possible to choose a different style dormer at the front of the home?

Yes, we have a variety of different size dormers, each with their own set of features and upgrade options. The only limitation to the dormer size would be the size of the home. Dormers are a great way to make the front of the home very appealing.
