Yes, easily! Although it is dependent on the existing kitchen layout, with just a few modifications we can allow for wall ovens and microwaves. They are a standout feature in any kitchen, and can be built to size for a variety of different appliance sizes.

The utility room is in the rear of this home, but we are planning on a garage in the front and want to be able to walk into the utility room. Is it possible to switch the utility room to the front?

Absolutely! With many property sizes nowadays, it’s a luxury to be able to find one wide enough to add a garage to the side, so the only option left would be to build in the front. It also adds a lot of character to the home.

We’d rather a larger living room than the foyer entrance. Is the foyer entrance structural?

No, the foyer entrance is not structural. Some modifications would be deemed structural so it is always best to ask, as there are certain limitations in modular construction.
