Is it possible to put the master suite in the Hawthorne II in this model?

Absolutely! We oftentimes will take certain rooms and features in our display models and incorporate them into your custom home design.

I like the fireplace, I just don’t want it sticking out to the outside. Is that required?

No! We have 2 main categories for fireplaces, in addition to doing your own on-site. Gas fireplaces will be larger and come with mantles, like in our Hawthorne II model. We also have electric fireplaces, which are built into the wall and offer a much sleeker design.

Can I make this home longer to add an extra bedroom?

Without adding additional modules, which does affect the price of the home, without completely changing the layout of this model, 4 bedrooms wouldn’t be possible as we can only go 66’ long with single modules. However, we do have stock plans we can share with you which have 4 bedrooms as standard.
