This home is the perfect size, but I don’t need 3 bedrooms. Can that be changed?

Yes! The Easton, as with all our models, can be modified to contain less bedrooms. In this case, we could easily have two master suites (with bathrooms) if desired. Or, we can even make the common areas larger instead.

This model doesn’t have any way to go outside from the dining / kitchen area of the home. What if I want a sliding glass door?
This is the most common customization we do for our customers on the Easton model. We simply swap out the dining room window and add a sliding glass door, a patio door, or French doors.
I love the washer and dryer location right off the kitchen, but I rather them be closed off and “hidden”, like a dedicated laundry room. Is there a way to do this in a similar way to your other models?
Yes! We can add a full-size door, archway, and even a pocket door that slides into the wall and doesn’t swing in or out, maximizing your usable space.
