I wish this home had more windows for natural light, especially on the gable ends. Are we able to do that or is structural integrity the prohibiting factor?

Yes! We can add as many windows as your heart desires. In addition to our standard window, we also offer a variety of upgrades such as casement windows, awning and transom windows, bay and bow windows to name a few.

Is there any way the family room and living room can be made into one big room?

Yes! This is one of our most common requests.

We know how we plan to layout our furniture, and the peninsula in the kitchen will be in the way of our table. Is it possible to delete the peninsula and add a kitchen island?

Yes! With the deletion of the peninsula, the addition of a kitchen island would be little to no extra cost.
