This would be the perfect plan if it had 5 bedrooms, but the home is already 3,100 square feet. Can we add a bedroom without making it larger?

Yes we can! Upstairs, in the hall area we would be able to easily build out a 5th bedroom.

A washer and dryer on the second floor would be preferred and would allow us to have a bigger bathroom downstairs? Is that possible?

Yes, this is a common request on our two story homes.

We don’t plan on having any carpet in the home, including the stairs. Do we have any other options?

Yes! Although carpet is standard and no cost, we can upgrade the stairwell for oak stairs, treads, and railings in a variety of finishes.
